Scale of Fees

In NSW, the State Government issues recommended notary fees which are increased from time to time. The following is a link in relation to the scale of fees available from the Society of Notaries of New South Wales website: https://notarynsw.org.au/recommended-fees. Our notary fees and charges are generally lower than the recommended notary fees.

Autumn Special for Individuals

Witnessing and verifying signing document by individuals: 

$110 per document; $70 for each additional party signing the same document at the same time.

Certifying copies of original documents for individuals:

$110 per document.

Multiple documents discount for certifying copies of originals

$100 per document for four (4) or more documents done at same time.

$85 per document for eight (8) or more documents done at same time.

Binding documents with Notarial certificate

$60 per kit up to maximum of three (3) documents. $15 thereafter for each additional document.
